Your account needs to be verified so that you can access it. An email is sent to you with a link for the verification process. One click and you are done.

For security purposes, passwords are stored in such a way that a human cannot read or ever access their original text. If you have forgotten it, simply navigate to the login page and click on the "Password recovery" link. An email will be send with instructions on how to reset your password.

Your order may be cancelled if you have entered incorrect information during the checkout process. The most common mistakes are providing a wrong phone number, incorrect country, IP location mismatch ant more.

If your order was cancelled be sure to check if the information you have entered is correct. If you find no mistakes – contac us, to resolve this issue.

One user is allowed to have only one account registered with Magic4Hosting. If we recognize multiple accounts registered by the same person, we preserve the right to suspend his services. Having multiple accounts is unacceptable behavior according to our Terms of Service.
