Magic4Hosting [MagicBrain® Group] Anti-Spam Customer Management
This article is addressed to Customers of Magic4Hosting service, pertaining to the company MagicBrain / OFPG, Lda, which describes how to use the new service of management of lists Anti-Spam.

MagicBrain's Anti-Spam management service allows the client to manage two types of lists:

1. WhiteList
WhiteList allows the client or its users to unconditionally set the incoming email from domains or emails or ips, which may be blocked by MagicBrain's global Anti-Spam service.
It should be remembered that MagicBrain has implemented in its entire infrastructure an Anti-Spam system of real-time analysis of the received emails in order to verify its provenance, validity, standard construction of the email, verification of the origin of the email in Spam External lists and Spam Lists.

2. Blacklist
Blacklist allows the client or its users to unconditionally reject emails from domains or emails or ips, which may be blocked by MagicBrain's global Anti-Spam service.
It should be remembered that MagicBrain has implemented in its entire infrastructure an Anti-Spam system of real-time analysis of the received emails in order to verify its provenance, validity, standard construction of the email, verification of the origin of the email in Spam External lists and Spam Lists.

How to use the MagicBrain Anti-Spam management service:

1. Access the personal area on the Magic4Hosting platform [https://www.magic4hosting.com/por/login/]

2. Enter the domain and / or email and / or ip to reject or accept
Note that all domains, emails, ips entered are used by the Anti-Spam system, for the client that introduced them, however, they can be used of global sorb throughout the MagicBrain infrastructure if the Anti-Spam system detects that there are more than 10% of customer requests for the same source (domain, email or ip).
